to get me there... A good use for the estate car I drive is to put the Wisper in the back of it and drive to where I want to cycle, usually somewhere I havent ventured before - take the bike out of the back and explore round. This not only gets me to more unfamiliar places quickly, but also avoids cycling in all the local heavy traffic, just a thought.
I much prefer the car....

My first resolution for 2009 is to give up this ebike malarky.. pop the Agattu on eBay and import a shiney new gas guzzling, JCB-like Chrysler 4x4 from the States .. apparently they can't give them away over there.. And if you believe the news, in a few months there won't be any cars left on the roads so that'll take care of the traffic issues. Also, oil will be down to 1 Euro a barrel ( we are now in the Eurozone, so, again, money saved there), so it'll be cheaper to fill up my triple tanked monster with leaded than charge the panasonic..

Well, yes, but how will you afford a Euro?
I'm insisting on getting all my change in coins rather than notes. They still have some residual value and can be melted down to make bicycle parts.

Back to the plot. I'd like to use the car to get out to some more interesting places but both our cars are just too small. Also I'm sure Mrs Barnowl would be taking a keen interest in some form of assisted bicycle for herself (not that she's taken any to date!). Could be an expensive business
