Always lots of people coming with intermittent power issues. It's usually a connecting issue
My issue was power cutting out over bumps. Classic symptom but not actually cutting out for long enough to turn the system off and require turning back on again at the panel
I spent a long time checking where battery and holder rail connect, the phase connections, wiring continuity
Even took pack part to check welds (I had occasion before down to nickel strip with a weak weld that disconnected on big bumps)
I have an 08 style dolphin pack
The issue turned out to be the rail. It is made of two parts held together by a nut and bolt
That nut and had come very slightly loose. This meant there was a near imperceptible amount of play in the two sections. Very hard to spot but just enough that bumps would cause enough of a twist/wobble in the rail to disconnect the power for a fraction of a second
Anyway , posting here as an easy check and info. Never heard of this issue before
Absolute bugger to find but moments to fix at least
