Is Kinetics still operating?

I ordered an electric kit at Kinetics the 9-11 by filling a form. Seems to work ok, but since then nothing has happened. My order is still flagged of as "new" and the 2 e-mail I have sent, asking about approximate time of when I can expect receive the kit, are not answered.

This of course, could be because he is extremely busy, but I really would like to get some sort of response, so I know how long to wait

Another possibility is that Kinetics is closed, anyone know???

Or am I too impatient

if you or friends are reasonably computer-literate, it is fairly easy to get cheap VOIP calls which cost only €0.02 per minute across Europe..

either you talk through the microphone and speaker on your PC, or you can buy telephone adaptors - often calls are cheaper within your country as well.

It´s not the cost of the phone call that is holding me back it´s more the language

Anyway, I just would like to make sure a live person have seen my order, so I can expect to get the kit one day.

I understand he is still operating, so I just have to be more patient!

well you have communicated here in English here far better than I could ever do so in Danish (despite having a couple of Danish friends and also having done some tech work for DR, TDC and similar organisations!)

actually the people in Scotland also speak their own language called Scots which is similar to English but with a lot of Danish influences....

I do think maybe there is a cultural difference where businesses in some countries are quicker to communicate/keep customers informed than others..

My main concern, that the shop was closed, dosen´t seem to be the case, so I am relived for now

If nothing happens soon, I guess I will have to pull myself together and grab the phone! ( dont like that though)
