I live in Bath where the hills are killers for us oldies. There are grants for 'ride to work' buyers of ebikes. Is there any grant support for oldies with health issues?
I've cycled all my life and now at 77 with a serious heart condition (ablation surgery last year) I have a pedelec.

Possibly. I know the MS Society have given grants for ebikes and kits. You should contact the various agencies. They give general grants, so you have to make a case for why you need and should get one.
