Hi,

Could anyone tell me if the juicy bike motors are brushless?

Also are they any good (I've read the reviews which seem ok)

Thanks,

Paul

The motors are brushless, most are the widely used and very popular bafang motors, with a certain model of classic being the only exception.

I haven't had any experience riding any other bikes, so I'm in no position to comment! If possible you should get yourself down to Buxton where you will be welcome to try the models out yourself.

Are Juicy Bikes still in business? I've tried ringing and sent emails without any response over the past two weeks?

That is odd, Bob is currently in China sorting a shipment, that may be why he is currently not responding, I would have expected him to get back to you if you emailed as long a go as 2 weeks.

The stockist of juicy bikes in Buxton can be reached 7 days a week
(10.00-17.30 mon-sat, with slight shoter hours on sunday) on 01298 214040. They will be able to answer any questions you have.

Alternatively I can help you as best I can. (I work part time in the shop)

Hi Tom,

Thanks for your response.

I'd actually emailed the shop too and had a response from Bob yesterday saying that they are all brushless.

It is the Classic model that we are looking at, can you confirm if it is brushless (I wasn't sure if you meant it just isn't the bafang motor, but still brushless)

Thanks,

Paul

Hi Tom
All Juicy Bike motors are brushless.

Sorry to hear there have been problems contacting us. We certainly are in business and selling bikes well beyond expectations.
Best time to contact by phone is between 10am and 5.30pm Mon - Sat, and 10.30am-4.30pm Sunday.

I am a little concerned you say your emails have not been answered. uksales@juicybike.com is the best and most direct.

Grateful for the feedback and please let us know if this happens again.

Best regards
