January 31Jan 31 Hi I sold my juicy bike back in October 2025 in perfect working order no issues with performance whatsoever. The buyer contacted me Friday stating that the bike keeps shunting. Please advise me if anyone has experienced this as I would like tohrlp her solve the issue. She has been using the pull away assist button whilst going up hills which it is not intended for and I'm unsure if that may have caused an issue. I have read that there are shunt / walking mode settings on.sone ebikes but I was not aware of it onmyjuict

Shunting means pushing or diverting.
