  2. Hi im in need of help re a juicy bike that I sold bsck in October. The buyer msg me with an issue. Firstly she said the throttle doesn't work to assist I hills. I have onky ever used that to assist with starting off as it is my belief that is all it should be used for. She is saying the bike keeps shunting which I have never experienced during my ownership. Any advice that I can send to her to help her resolve the issue would be very nmuch appreciated.
  3. Hi I sold my juicy bike back in October 2025 in perfect working order no issues with performance whatsoever. The buyer contacted me Friday stating that the bike keeps shunting. Please advise me if anyone has experienced this as I would like tohrlp her solve the issue. She has been using the pull away assist button whilst going up hills which it is not intended for and I'm unsure if that may have caused an issue. I have read that there are shunt / walking mode settings on.sone ebikes but I was not aware of it onmyjuict
