I have been lefted and doored, I have been squeezed and abused, but today I was Cornered! Well thats what I am calling it and its a new experience for me.
White van man was following me signalling to turn left at the lights but when he sees me signal to turn left also he decides that instead of following me round and be stuck behind up a narrow hill, decides to take a quick advantage by going around the outside where there isn't room to go, but I wonder is it the e-bike causing this? As we know, but most dont, a decent speed can be maintained up hill so did he just underestimate my speed? Perhaps I should have given way.. but why should I? Famous last words...

Not saying this to belittle what happened, it shouldn't have. But that was nothing up to the crazy amount of belligerence I experienced without a camera.

Some people in SUV's just think passsing a bike is the be all and end all and

F*** spacial awareness. I almost got spread like a sandwich filling when the guy behind decided to pass, on the wrong side of the road, due to parked cars on the left, when he realised he had misjudged my speed and the oncoming cars speed. who loses out in that situation? the biker. That was a standout scary moment getting pushed between parked cars and some guy who cant spare about 8 seconds on his journey.. and you know the best part.. He stuck his horn on for 3 seconds and zipped off. Lucky I have a tough disposition.
