i have got a couple of batteries and a charger sat doing nowt, if they are interested.
It's beyond belief that you are still without a bike. I have read Justebikes account, which when you cut through all the crap, amounts to nothing more than James dripping about how it's all the manufacturers fault.
I notice that if I go onto Justebikes website I can add one of these bikes to my basket and pay for it. Why if I can do this, is not possible for Justebikes to supply you with a replacement bike after yours has failed prematurely? Aren't we being frequently reminded that when we buy through a retailer that we are also paying for customer service and backup? It seems to me that Justebikes are charging for the customer service backup service, but not providing it. You may as well buy directly for a German supplier and save some money. The service could hardly be worse.
I would seriously consider taking Justebikes to the small claims court. It wouldn't cost more than £50 and if what you have said is accurate, the chances of success are very high.
If Justebikes are still taking money from people for new Haibikes, they have no excuse whatsoever for not resolving the issues with your bike.
