Hi all,

I am in holland and I have a Kreidler vitality pro circa 2011.

It has been working fine until last week when my wife was riding it and popped the rear inner tube.

Because it's holland and i was feeling lazy i dropped it into a shop to have the inner tube replaced I picked it up without the battery in as it's just around the corner and brought it home I hadn't touched it all weekend.

I just finished putting my daughters rear seat on it and was about to take her for a ride when I turned it on and the display comes on checks the battery and then flicks to

25
Error

I don't have a manual for the bike so I took to the internet but haven't been able to find a solution.

I recharged the battery in full and was plugged it back in but get the same error. I checked all the cables and same deal. No nicks or holes in the cables.

I'm thinking of taking it back to the shop tomorrow but that aren't e-bike experts.

Just wanted to see if anyone had any ideas?

I don't know the model electrics that are on it but the display has then following code on in

Active2011-01 v3

it could be the brake sensor.
Check the brake levers.

Just read something similar, would make sense that shop guy would have disconnected these to get the rear wheel off

No. One of the switches may be jammed after a fall.

No falls the bike lives on a bike rack in our enclosed yard.

I found it though. Right hand break sensor was slightly misaligned. Moved it back and all good.

Cheers
