Hi,
So with my new setup with the kt-lcd5, the LCD display seems to be showing 0% battery far too early.
I asked pswpower.com for a way to change the setting, maybe lower the voltage threshold for 0% and they sent me this link.
www.szktdz.com
Looking at the instructions for the display, there doesn't seem to be any way to change this threshold.
I hope it is this anyway cos if it isn't, my battery is sure on its way out
Any ideas anyone?
Thanks.

I did not know there was a P5 setting until I read the pdf I just downloaded.
What is "smart power mode"?
I also see I was wrong, there are no bars when the battery is below 15%.
Here's my settings.
I do not have torque sensor.
How do I work out P1?
P1 202
P2 1
P3 1
P4 0
P5 12
Thank you.

P1 setting allows you to set real time speed reading of the ODO though we need to know the hub motor being used, once we know that we can give you an idea of the value needed. Riding with a GPS to set the value by setting the LCD speed to 25kmh then go for a ride adjusting the P1 value up or down until the LCD speed readout match's that of the GPS. The resulting P1 value then will be about right.
P2 is correct.
P3 is correct.
P4 is in illegal mode if the bike is post 2016, P4/1 is legal mode post 2016 and is pedal first to activate throttle.
P5 is normal but you can change the value downwards to see if it gives a better bar display reading. With my KTLCD 1& 2 once the last bar goes out I have about 25% battery left and know approx. how the voltage sits & range/mileage left in the battery.
