Shortly after xmas i intend buying a second ebike, after lots of online searching i have narrowed the choice down to the Kudos Cheetah at £595 and the Cyclamatic folder at £499.Both these bikes fall into the price bracket i am looking at,i saw an article about Kudos on these forums and thats what made me investigate the company.Apart from price my main concern is about parts availability and quality .

Here's my opinion for what it's worth:
At a guess, I'd say that there's not much in it regarding the bikes. You get full support from Kudos, and hopefully, the bikes will be properly checked before sending out. The Cyclamatic probably comes direct from China and often have problems that really need sorting/adjusting, e.g. loose spokes, tight wheel-bearings, or other items of sloppy quality control. However, the bike will probably be functional. So, if you're good at checking/ sorting such problems, you could get the Cyclamatic and save a bit of money (actual price about £360 if you time it right), otherwise get the Kudos.

For spare parts, you can get most of the Cyclamatic parts direct from China quite cheaply. Kudos will probably have the bits in stock for quick delivery and their prices are extremely fair. All the parts originate from China (as far as I know), so the quality is the same, but, if you're talking about the overall quality of service, Kudos wins.
