Has anybody got a bike with one of these displays on. I saw some on bikes at Redbridge, but I can't remember which. I missed the opportunity to have a look at how they get the speed.

Both Geoff9 and myself have them and the instructions are very poor. I need to know how to get it to read the speed correctly from a wheel sensor, so I need someone to press a couple of buttons on theirs to read the settings.
To get to the settings, you press and hold the up and down arrows (S+, S-) until P01 shows in the display. You scroll through the settings P01 to P09 by pressing the power button. I need to know the values in the bottom right of the display for each of the 9 settings. P07 is the speed limit, which can be changed
So far, we got an approximation to the correct speed by setting the wheel size to 18", the magnet body quantity to 100 and the hall speed mode to 2 (motor). Like that, it's using the motor halls as a speed signal, but the speed goes to zero when free-wheeling.
