I've taken a first step and can recommend the adventure.
There are likley to be lots of ideas. e.g. include members who dont have an EBIKE yet. This way they can get to to meet members who do, have a try ride and a chat.
Create a delivery chain map so that members can quickly see who they need to contact in order to get the delivery through ... Like the members map we have now ...but only showing the volunteers ...
