My new knees birthday

29 Sept is my new knees birthday, so my son and myself decided to go to Southport which is 20 miles from where I live. Although I still have problems with the knee we did it 38.5 miles. I had charged up the battery on my Alien Aurora ready for the day and set out with 4 lights on. Yes I pushed myself and eventually at the end of the trip I still had 4 lights showing. Not being big headed about this but I feel so good at achieving something that seemed impossible just a few months ago. I think knowing that I had the back up of the electrics should I be unable to complete the ride made it such a success. Hope I haven't bored you all. John

It sounds like you are fit enough to ride a normal sports bike...would probably be a lot more enjoyable

Well done thats why i have an e-bike just in case i dont have the puff to get back home ..!
