I've been wanting a larger battery for a while and now it's starting to show it's age,it's going on a trike so I don't have to worry about shape but size is an issue - larger is better. I'm pretty handy but don't want to complicate my life with spot welders but expect to get through several packs in my lifetime.
I've heard good things about the N.E.S.E Modules over at ES so I took the plunge and have bought myself 14 of these things. My plan is to make a 14s8p pack of Panasonic 29e. I don't need the amps, and if this works I think I'll buy the same again and go truly large. I'm just waiting on a charger that can charge 8 at a time before I start building but I expect it to be pretty quick, just like old fashioned 8 aa batteries in torches.
