New batteries needed. ..or not ?

Hi Folks....I'm new to electric bikes but my recently purchased used Izip Ezgo will do about 7 miles on mainly flat roads before needing a recharge.
Then on recharging red light goes green after 3-4 hours at which point I turn charger off.
Am I doing anything wrong or is it time for new batteries please?
If so where online do you recommend please ?

Hi You need to open the battery case and check the batteries fitted from what i have read they fitted 12 volt 10AH cells and 12V 12 AH If they are 12v 12AH there is only one type off cell to fit we Imported these batteries in the old days before Lithium batteries Ritar make 7 different types off batteries the one ending EV stands for Electric vehicles
