New BEBA sub forum

A big thanks to Helen and Russ who have kindly created a BEBA Sub Forum.

This will give Trade Members who are involved with BEBA a place to discuss policy before it is made public. The sub forum is available only to BEBA members and will mean we don't need to drive all over the country meet or rely on Skype conference calls as much as we do at the moment. We can do more BEBA work in the evenings and those who find it difficult to attend meetings can keep up to date by visiting the Sub Forum and posting their views.

If anyone not yet members of BEBA who would like to become involved please drop me a line.

If BEBA members have difficulties in gaining access, again please let me know. However in the first instance I have send a list of members to Russ, members will need to apply to Russ to have the facility opened to them.
