Found great new ebike shop in Marlborough today just off high street near WH Smith. It's eCycleUK with another branch in Stroud. They sell A2B, Haibike,Raleigh etc. and have a good few bikes on display. They can supply Stromer bikes as well and apparently the Stroud shop has one in stock. They gave me a Stromer catalogue so I promised this plug in return, but it's great to see good new ebike shops opening.

I live in Stroud, two good guys run the place. Have had a look a couple of times. They sell principally Haibike and AtoB.

Yes, but not sure if the service is carried out on site or sent somewhere. Fairly important as I had mine serviced in an ordinary bike shop.
The controller didn't work properly after. Eventually had to send back to retailer to fix.:(

last time i booked a slot was 3 weeks to fit my wheel in and thought sod that and took it to east gate cycles in glos.

it took 3 of us and most tools they had to get my destroyed xd hub off the axle as they never seen 1 b4.

even he said if the paw pins are bent inside only na will be able to remove it so lucky we managed to get it off.

new xd hub was 100 quid :(

Hassle getting to a place if you don't want to put in car. Been told Cytex in Stroud are good. But been told to get the older experienced guy to service.

Nothing wrong just general service. But better to find Ebike shop to service. Just not many around at present.
