First forum post after looking in for a while. Just took delivery of a Bafang 36v 250w 13Ah kit for my 6 yr old under used Carrera Subway. Due to the quieter lockdown roads I started using it for my 24 mile round trip to work, a mix of main roads, back roads and canal towpath.
I’m nearly ready to start the job but with the Subway’s combined brake/ shifter, it meant I had to order a separate 8 speed shifter before I start the conversion. Unfortunately it hasn’t arrived yet. I’ll post some pictures when it arrives and I start the job.
