Hi, you are in perfect e biking area there no worries about big hills to climb so a motor optimized at 15 mph (or more, naughty) is ideal. seriously I have doubts about going much above the 15 mph on an unsprung bike with rim brakes, partic the 'ATB style' that has become near universal in the uk.
