Well the new oxygen e mate replacement bike has arrived spent the afternoon building it up and re boxing the other bike. Rang Andrew from Oxygen to let him know the old bike was ready for collection had a long conversation with him about a smaller Chain ring for the bike that would make it easier to ride if power is off. So first wait for it yes he is sending me a bell i did not ask him very good of him he is also sending me a smaller Chain ring hows that for good customer service he also told me if i have any trouble with the bike at all to ring him right away i can say this level of customer service is outstanding words fail me very very good Andrew of Oxygen.
Have not got out on the new bike weather here has been very wet so when the weather improves i will get out then so i hope Andrew,s company keeps growing i wish him all the best in the future from one very happy customer.
