Hi! After many decades of cycling - mainly off road but more recently adventure biking, I have taken the plunge (principally to cycle within my maximum heart rate range) and bought a Cannondale Synapse Neo SE.Had 2 days on it and so far very impressed. Mason Bokeh is looking a bit lonely in the garage though!

Don't worry you will get out on the Mason
I still do a good 50miles a week on my non assisted bike each week
All thou I do use the assisted one more

Thanks. Been out again today in the Peak District and did about a third unassisted and the rest in Eco/Tour mode with a couple of steepies in Turbo. Now tweaking the bike - changing saddle and putting some old accessories on it
