Linda Davis: E-scooter rider, 14, sentenced over woman's death

Linda Davis, 71, died after being hit by the teenager, who was riding a privately-owned scooter.

Not much for taking someones life, as per usual the victims life is taken for granted.
Imv the kid or anyone taking a life whilst illegally using a vehicle should never be allowed a driving licence, ever. Then for the rest of their life they will know the reason why.
