I've noticed that their cells have the cathode contact area expanded - presumably to improve contact with the container. Using their system of packaging may force you to source the cells from them.

Looks like they are OEM pack suppliers only limited to 2Ah cells either 5C or 10C.

they don't seem to make e-bike batteries - their system would help self-builders to create unique e-bikes. I wonder if somebody is going to take on their products here, perhaps somebody like cwah in London as a hobby?

Not high capacity offerings due to the size of the holder and restriction on cell layouts allowed at present - but if a faulty cell occurred they could send out replacement cells that could be easily plugged in to rectify the problem cell bank - I assume only allowed to be carried by a certified dealer not by the general public.
