One Chuffed Customer!..

Hi Guys,

Some of you may have read Nick's article on the pedelec home page, regarding how an electric bike managed to hold out his favourite hobby - mountain biking. Just 2 weeks after heart surgery he was out hitting the trails on his new Haibike!

Well I had an email from him on Monday as follows -

Hey Martin, I've been meaning to drop you an email this past week. My wife sent a link for the pedelec article to the email contact address on the Haibike website a few weeks ago. When we returned from holiday there was a parcel from Germany, in it was a nice Haibike hoody and a nice letter from the managing director saying how much she and the team liked the article. She said she was very happy the bike was making a difference for me and was enabling me to get out again. I was well chuffed. Really good bit of customer service that as my wife wasn't after anything, she just emailed to say thanks for designing it!

So nice to see the brand pick up on this and not just shrug his letter away. A real success story all round I think!

Ill be getting my hoody soon for supplying the bike Every time the postman comes I get excited, but so far to no avail!..
