Powabyke mk1 classic throttle help req.

Hi all, Im new so be gentle with me! I have a Powabyke Mk1 classic that the throttle broke on it so I bought this..ELECTRIC E-SCOOTER THROTTLE TWIST CONTROL RAZOR | eBay But cant work out how to wire it up. :-? can anyone help please?
