Powercycle Salisbury 15mph limit.

Hello, just been getting two powercycle Salisbury bikes for the wife and myself, these are the first ebikes that we have ever had mainly due to the wife having a bad knee and finding it hard to pedal a normal bike. I know the hub motor is only 200W but is there any way to remove the 15mph speed restriction on both throttle and pedal assist without any major changes. Regards,
