Reading about the problems that members experience getting their bikes repaired, I would just like to mention a recent problem that I had with my Tonaro Enduro supplied over 4 years ago by Powerpedals in Devon.
Recently, my motor began running very roughly if at all. I emailed Phil at Powerpedals and he thought that it might be the controller so he sent me one by return of post. That was not the problem, so I decided to take the bike along to him.
I could have sent it by courier, but fancied a trip to Devon, so I took it there in my campervan.
Phil began working on it at once, but unfortunately received a phone call telling him that his mother had been rushed to hospital.
So, I left the bike with him and returned home.
He kept me up to date with progress and eventually it turned out to be a combination of a faulty on off switch and motor.
These were replaced at a very modest cost and I then collected my bike.
Good service.
