problem with charger

hello, I wonder if anyone can help.I've been using the charger which I got with my 2nd hand Wisper for a couple of months without any problems .However it seems to have died, when I hooked up the battery to it last night no lights came on. The fuse still looks intact although I'm not really sure what to look for. The bike was a year old when I got it and I'm pretty sure the charger was bought new with the bike.Is this usual for a charger of this age?Any comments would be appreciated , even if its only to say that yes I need to buy a new one

No lights at all does suggest the charger has died, assuming you've checked the fuse, appearance can be deceaving so either check with meter or replace.
I'm not sure if Wispers warranty covers the charger, if bike is under 2yrs old it may be worth giving them a call.

thanks for that Onmebike, I'll replace the fuse and contact Wisper if that doesn't work

As Onmebike quite correctly says, try the fuse first if that fails contact your supplier or support@wisperbikes.com.
