Hello there,

I've been following closely JerrySimon thread on his portable e-bike with battery and controller in a backpack:

I want to do the saaaaaame!!! :)

I opened everything from my controller and I have this:

I'm still unsure what are doing half of the connectors, even thought I have the wiring diagram:

Now, my shopping list:
- Get the controller inside the Lock and Lock food box
- Buy the drill
- Complete with : set of 3 drills
- Buy the Bulgin connectors to connect the batteries
- Buy the Speakon connectors plug from Maplin for the wheels
- Use my 12 AWG cables and connectors?

Not sure what I do with other cables. I feel I can get easily stuck. Any idea?

1. battery
3. speed limit?
4. pedal sensor?
5.3 speed switch
6. brake switch
7 brake switch
8. throttle

you can follow 4 and check that it arrives at the pedal sensor

Thanks D4veh/ I'm going to check that. How did you guess for all the other connectors?

I figured it out by a process of sublimination.

Anyway, don't cut any of those wires. I don't think you need to - except the battery wires.
You could put the controller in one of these on the frame in front of the back wheel.
KU63 Controller Case - BMSBATTERY
I've got one that you can have for a fiver if you want it.
Then you only need to get a pair of connectors for the battery and lengthen the wires. You don't need the switch - just plug in to switch on.

I just checked everything, here is how cables are connected to the bike:

Thanks for the proposition d8veh. Do you know if I have to drill a hole in my bike frame to install it?

No, it has two clamps that go around your frame. If you're lucky, they'll line up with those two slots on your frame. The distance between the clamps is 75mm,

I'm not sure how it would fit on my bike. But if it's stealthy that's perfect

Here is a picture of my bike:

The battery and maybe the controller could go on the rear rack.
