The seller is from this firm:
ebike-solutions.de

"
I have a big stock of many LiION powertool packs for sale. Amongst them are:
used Dewalt 28V and 36V with 26650 A123 cells. In most cases, 1 or 2 cells are defective (e.g. low voltage) or the BMS is defective in some way.
I have not done any screening, sorting or selecting on these so they are sold as is.

For the second part I have a few hundred BOSCH 36V 2.6 Ah fatpacks for sale. Production years are 2008 and 2007 mostly.
Cells are Samsung and SONY 18650 in them. Capacity from 40.6V charging voltage is between 2 and 2.3 Ah. If you charge to
42 V you will get around 2.5 to 2.6 Ah in most cases. All packs are checked before shipping for balance and capacity in a
150W+ discharge test down to 30V from 40.6 V. The packs are slightly used but in good technical and optical condition either
from test power tools in shops (never really used) or company liquidations.
These Packs are high quality high rate cells, ideal for most high current 36V setups and also for easy 72V setups (or 108 if you want wo go really fast).
There is no annoying BMS in the batteries because the KONION cells are not prone to drifting.
