I don't know if there are any others on the market but I have downloaded andnav2 for my Google Android phone. Playing with the options I found a pushbike biased map showing cycle routes and it was pretty up to date. It also has a numberplate lookup facility if you want to follow up any near misses, shame it only seems to be available for German plates.
