rear sprocket question

hi my panasonic drive bike has a 20inch wheel which has nexus hub with a 16 tooth sprocket my local bike shop has some smaller sockets but they are not dished like nexus ones so would it be ok to fit one of these. i was thiking of going for 14 tooth
