Just with some of the new electric cars coming out with self recharging capabilities, although don't know details yet of miles return from recharging, like some of the electric bikes maybe only a few miles, but if it is a substantial difference then I wonder if there's a similar future with ebike batteries

Was reading about the RiverSimple Rasa, not BEV but hydrogen. They use a supercapacitor for regen and claim a 50% recovery.
