Strengths:
I have a commute about 5/6 miles their and them 5/6 miles back (under 25 mins each way) and have changed it to have an 18T rear sprocket. I did not ride it before i changed it but find gearing just right - it is an 8 gear bike and raeley actually use 8th gear but its there for when i want to go a bit faster which is great. In fact I find generally it is best to change two gears at a time.
I had a Giant Lafree Lite for four years before - but this is a real step up. It is much quieter, it is much more powerful but strangely also it feels less electric - maybe because the sprocket was changed and i have to do more work.
I was thinking about getting the Pro Connect instead of this mainly beacause I liked the idea of a light bike. But i think reasons whuy i went for this over pro connect were (a) handle bars on this are more curved and Dutch that i like for the city (b) extra comfort of ride/stronger (c) as i commute and park bike i was worred about the light on the proconnect being turned on by passers by (d) twist gears that maybe better for city riding

Anyway very happy so far and recommend it.
