Crickey what a scumbag. I hope he gets caught and locked up. Surely the police can work out the guy from the number plate of the van?

Thats the point they know who he is and have even had him in police station but due to guidelines they cant prosecute him.

You really should try and read the words not just look at the pictures

Ah... Just clicked play on the YouTube vid. Didn't realise there was a article that supported it. I thought it was just a link to that video.

I'm not surprised sadly. That guy should of been done for assault.
