I have slime in my front tyre and just noticed today I have 5 bright green spots on my tyre. I presume its from punctures repaired by the slime. Money well spent then.
The thing is now what do I do? The tyre is still up so do I leave it and pump it up a touch more, how long have you known slime to work for?

I expanded you picture to have a better look and WOW! is an understatement. Slime has indeed done its job. You should sell that to the Slime brand for advertising purposes. However to answer your question, I am amazed that the Slime healed those holes. They look like glass cuts more so than punctures. Some look bigger than 1/8" something that Slime does not normally heal. Your tire is badly damaged, in my opinion, and should be replaced. If you were to run normal pressure I do not believe the Slime would hold. Another route would be to remove the tire, repair it from the inside and put another Slime tube in. I would not trust the present situation.

I have had similar on past bikes and thought slime to be the wonder of the age.

Main problem is there is a chance of a blowout and believe me is is very messy. Stuff flying everywhere.

Time for new tyre & tube.
