sold my 905SE sport. and in the market for another. have seen some criticism of cheap shock absorbers on here as they do not seem to work to well at all.

I am waiting to try a 906xc but will probably go for another 905 SE as I simply cant justify the price and would be constantly worried when I left it. Also unsure regards front hub motors as well. The 906 has "Magnesium RST Vogue adjustable air suspension forks with lock out from handle bars." I guess these will work OK?

My question is, I was thinking of the city S. but wondering if I get a City model will I miss the front shocks?

When I had a 905 city on loan I only really noticed the difference when a pothole took me by surprise, most of the time I didn't notice. I found the Big apple tyres improved comfort more than the suspension did.
I would get suspension again but that's because of the state of the roads I ride on.

Using the wife's 705SE at the moment, it has no front suspension on it but the riding position is so different from a 905 its hard to tell.....
