suntour sc60 forks problem little help ?

here i am back again i keep triping around the site from time to time but most time never posting unless i need help sorry about this guys but if you have time can you give me a little help with the forks

as much as i know is i bought a diamond back mountain bike (not ebike)for my other half to ride somes times with me when time is available just a cheapy £25 all working great with very little fiddle break adjustment gears setting the wife that we bought it from the guy is a cycling bloke and has serviced the bike when needed but never touched the forks

now the bit you need the forks are sr suntour xs60 forks there is no travel at all will not move up or down just seam to be fixed i have removed the adjusters and the springs poped out with out me putting any pressure down to pop them out having a look at the bottem of the forks there are two caps one with a poss star bit connector but there is no hex or spanner points for me to remove the bottem of the nuts so i can split the forks apart

any help would be great and thanks for any given

Have a look down thespring holes to see if there's hex screws quite a long way down, which you need a long hex key to unscrew.

how long a bar will i need ? and size?

about its silly they make these so you need tools
