What a poorly thought out build. 50mph is waaaayyyy too fast for a hardtail and running ~5700W without torque arms is just suicide. The external wiring and huge 24FET controller placement is at best, shabby. I'd like to know more about the battery, which in all probability, is likely being murdered with each twist of the throttle. £2500 is probably over the odds, but without more information, is hard to say for sure.

I guess the controller gets good air flow in that position and the battery keeps yer knees nice and warm at full chuff

It's never worth that money imho

But , as an all weather commuter, this thing appears to be like riding a bomb !

It could be fun for anyone brave enough to ride it. For anything over 30 mph, you really need proper suspension, decent wide tyres and proper forks. that one looks like it's got the cheapest steel suspension forks that will most likely go into simple harmonic motion at anything over 25 mph.

I'm not surprised that his 8-speed gears need adjusting when he's only got 6- spd shifter and 6-spd freewheel.

Also, I've never seen hydraulic brakes with cables and a mechanical calipers either.

Bit of a con man if you ask me waiting for an unsuspecting sole to rip off.
The basic Boss blke is pretty crap value is sub 200 new .

Must pay in full before test ride & collect in person, which means while you are testing I will be disappearing quickly around the corner with your lolly you mug.
