I agree but the Albanian ambassador is quite right, UK should have an official channel that people can use to apply.
We should rejoin the Dublin accords though. That will sp;ve the problem right away.
There is a legal way its called the UKVI..
United Kingdom Visa & Immigration

And the Dublin accords are supposed to determine which EUSSR country processes an immigration application. UK is Not in das soviet comrade ;-)

The accords say its the First country they come to, which is Not UK and Not Ireland either.

You may remember the case of the two that illegally entered the UK on Three occasions each. Being deported twice, back a 3rd time, one videoing himself driving around London in a Rolls Royce.

Keep trying
Have a look and see if he got Legal Aid! Mm?

"Do only half the work at twice the cost"
Zero value for money, is the only zero they have!
"Only buy IF massive gov (Taxpayers) subsidy got".

They were first baby steps. Electric buses are just about workable technology now.

Just One Council spends £8.7M of the publics money on junk Bin Lorries (not buses). How much across the country?. Pitiful baby steps for the money. Tell you what, if greenies really believed in these, why don't they sponsor them out of their own pockets? No, why not, oh yes, coz they know they're junk! Cheers :)

Cleverer people than me made those plans. I am sure they know their numbers. Even I know that burning fossil fuels makes our air unbreathable on our congested roads. A lot of people die of lung diseases well before their time. As for the rest, breathing diesel fumes shorten your life. There is a pent up demand to get rid of diesel buses and lorries as soon as possible. It's a no brainer for city dwellers. As most of us live in cities, that is the majority. The push for cleaner air is an absolute priority. Btw, even diesel bin lorries are fairly expensive.

"Cleverer people", don't you believe it
"Burning legacy fuel makes our air unbreathable"
Then how are you breathing in Southend now?
So air is good apart from the "dangerous" pollution in the Underground. Is khant cleaning that up, no, why not?

More young people die from violence "before their time" in UK, than air pollution.

"Pent up demand to get rid of diesel buses". Only in minds of greenies and gov. Everyone else is fine with them. 35,000 buses in UK, 97% Diesel, but when there are no new ones you may have to walk!

"Most people live in cities". And the people outside cities? Oh dear, looking very Urbo-centric there. Us yokels count too. ;-)
Air is already cleaner, except Underground, when will that be clean?
Leccy bin lorries cost Twice as much as Diesel, and do Half the work, its a "no-brainer".

I neither know nor care about where you live. I care about where I live, England, where 86% live in Towns and Cities, just 14% in villages or isolation. So proportionally, those yokels don't count enough to counter by far the best policy for the great majority.

Irrelevance, not the major problem and affecting only a small minority, plus the fact that underground travel is optional. No-one is forced into employment that necessitates undergound travel as the only option. In 63 years living in London as an adult, much of it working centrally, I've never commuted in the underground.

Leccy bin lorries cost Twice as much as Diesel, and do Half the work, its a "no-brainer".
Only to those who don't have the brains to see the urgent priority, which is to drastically reduce city street exhaust pollution. That diesel lorries are both cheaper and more efficient is once again a total irrelevance, when they not only don't solve the problem, they make it far worse, and much worse than any other type of diesel lorry.

We lived in London for a while when I first came to the UK. The air was already unbreatheable compared to France. That's why we moved to Southend. The air here is about 3 times cleaner than in London.
