On the surface, it's fake. Hailong make battery cases, not batteries. If they're going to cheat by putting that name on it to give you confidence, they've probably cheated somewhere else. Apart from that, everything else seems to add up, so might be worth a punt.
The BMS limits look optimistic for unbranded cells so there's not much protection there. Does it fit the Swytch case and would it survive a corner impact if not?
afaik yose-power have a good rep for supplying batteries, the one i bought with the conversion kit i fitted over 2 years ago holds a good charge and is used regularly.

Listing as 'mAh' is RC world battery talk associated with Lipo, for China sellers 8000mAh sounds more potent then 8ah.
However we aren't used to seeing Lion batteries listed in mAh, ah or kwh yes.
