Tonaro battery needed

I have. Tonaro big hit. 36v 10ah battery. I have owned it for around 3 years, it was an ex demo bike when I bought it. It has been a great bike and just recently I noticed it has lost some of its oomph, last night it died on me and I have come to the conclusion the battery has died.

Can anyone advise me on where to source a new battery for this bike, is there a recognised go to source for batteries that is the right price with some sort of guarantee?

I am based in the north of the UK, East lancs. but the bike is in Spain. I will call the number, but I have noticed the web page would not work for me.

And I am hoping to upgrade the battery if I am forced to replace it, with perhaps a higher ah rating. Therefore I am asking generally if there is a battery dealer you all buy from.

The charger may be faulty as in my opinion the battery is not taking charge
