turning indicators & brake lights, what do you suggest?

As the title says I want to apply indicators and a brake light to my new coming ride... Athens is a city with much traffic and it will make my life a hell lot easier if drivers new my intentions..

Spooklight caught my eye although pricey because it is lightweight and won't need any cables ( I will already have much) but I read that it isn't that evective due to left and right indicators are really close to each other...

Anyone tested it? Do you have any other suggestions?

Maybe a waste of time, do push bikes in Athens generally have indicators and brake lights? We don't in the UK and motorists don't expect them to be fitted so as such they are of very doubtful benefit...indicators may help reinforce a hand turn signal but don't rely on them solely to convey your intentions.
