I estimate the rider was doing 30mph on many parts of the cycle paths. Not a problem on the main road bits, of course, but people just don't expect anyone to be doing that speed on the reserved bits.

...agreed, this guy is a looney, don't think he was actually pedalling at all & should have been on a moped out with the traffic & off the cycle lane...
