Couple of questions: Are they "torque sensor" drive only or do they have a throttle as well? Secondly are they any good?

I need a new bike for my wife and there's a reasonably priced one on e-bay.

Ah, should have done my reasearch on the site, shouldn't I?

Now having done so, I can see why no-one has wished to post glowing testimonials!
