Hi all, new member and hoping for some help.
Just over a year ago I bought an Urban Mover UM30 folding bike. Impressed with the general quality even though the Bike manual didn't quite match the bike model, mainly because the control panel (command module) was different to the one described and didn't function in the way described. No problem, I muddled through and the bike seemed to be fine. Before long though the power delivery became erratic, sometimes the bike would fly along, other times it seemed to switch to a lower power mode, and on one occasion I lost power altogether. Switched everything off, restarted and all OK. I contacted the online retailer and after many weeks of emails and phone calls the bike was replaced with a similar one. (They advertised service facilities and a spares dept. but I think this was restricted to their wheelchair and golf buggy sales). Anyway, the replacement bike seems to be going the same way. Sometimes full power, sometimes not. Switching between the six power levels makes no difference to power delivery. If anyone could advise,or knows a source of spare parts etc. I would be extremely grateful.
