You'd hav to ask the sellers about the amps but here's one on Amazon from Junstar:

Is yours burnt out? If so, how did it happen?

whole bike Purchased as a non runner error 30 swapped display and harness still not working, tried a reflash still dead so not the cheap fix hoped for otherwise it will be $80 from green bike kit plus the dreaded post etc

Order placed with green bike kit $96 inc post ,will have to see how much the taxes this end will add

I've ordered some parts from them before, costing around the 50 quid mark and used the dedicated UK postage option. They assured me that this option incurs no customs fees and I received the package with nothing extra to pay.

The HMRC don't have the staff to check VAT on overseas sellers, it said somewhere on the Beeb... great news for buyers, if not the crown purse...
