update 25.7.2025, still waiting the battery, i have asked refund several times, i get no anwer from the store and last answer was 2.7.2025 them admitting the battery fault was because their manafacturing issue, i´v made complaint and complaintment for EU consumer center what should start negoating with the store or possible draw these funds from their bank account through german equivalent center. i also made last week message for my bank to try draw these funds from them as "Card payment dispute" and have not got any answer yet.
its now been three months on the second repair job shipment, alltogether about 310 days since the first time i send my battery to enerdan.de for repairs, it came as non working state back once and i had to send it back.
